History: He grew up in a very poor area of Bayville. His Father was a theif with no mutant ablities. His father was a really loud bank robber. They where in debt till the father discovered his sons abilitys.Then they became some of the richest people in the bayville area. However. They attributed their wealth to a big lottto win. He loved stealing so much he did it till CaThEaD met him.
Mutation: Lockpick is unparallelled in his ability to pick Locks, And he can turn invisible. When he picks locks his eyes glow red so you know where he is.
