Drake picked up the sandwich and took a bite. He stroked her head while eating one handed.

Christina smiled contentedly as she continued eating her sandwich. Outside the rain was making a hissing sound as it hit the road, which was calming. And there was very little noise in the Cafe. She was at peace.
Christina finished her sandwich, and waited for Drake to do so too as she crunched on a cookie, wrapping the other one up in a napkin and stowing it in her pocket.

Drake finished his sandwich. He then felt full so he relaxed a fair bit and almost fell asleep.

Christina slapped Drake softly on the cheek.
"Come on you," she said. "Let's get going huh? You look like you're about to fall asleep. Maybe a slow dance in the rain might cure that."

"Um, ok". Drake said, getting up, "let usdance in the rain."

Christina paid for the lunch and then led Drake out onto the road. The rain was so heavy they were drenched almost instantly. She put her arms around Drake's neck and rested her head on his chest, rocking back and forth.

They danced For a while in the street as it was pouring down rain. Drake then stopped for a second, and as if by magic, he pulled a pack of gummibears from his sleeve and Put them in her pocket and continued dancing.

Christina raised her eyebrows.
"Where did you get those from?" she asked.

"Magic." He said. "Nah, seriously, I brought them when you weren't here yet," Drake replied.

"Yes, lets." Drake said. He took her into an alley, Hugged her tightly and extended his cords, They rose him up his and he ran along with them, Christina in is arms. They made it to the institute.
